Meet the founder...
HI! I'm Barb Allen, the founder of the 14%ers, and a woman with decades of experience in the Construction Industry, both on jobsites and inside boardrooms. I created the 14%ers because I want women like YOU to feel that you truly BELONG in this industry, know that you are not alone, and be reminded that you are making a difference.
Packing the 14%ers boxes with items you will actually use and gear that truly fits, is my primary focus every quarter. If you love it, you will share it, and then even more women will learn about the products that are being made with them in mind first!
The 14%ers box isn’t just a well deserved gift to yourself; it’s also a tool for your personal and professional growth and a celebration of your strength and impact in this industry.

Purchase cut-off dates for each quarter are listed below. If you complete your purchase prior to the cut-off date, you will receive your first subscription box in the linked month below.
- Cutoff date for January shipment – November 30
- Cutoff date for April shipment – February 28
- Cutoff date for July shipment – May 31
- Cutoff date for October shipment – August 31
Boxes will be shipped in the first week of January, April, July, and October and should arrive at your doorstep within 5-7 business days!
The 14%ers boxes are always a surprise! You won’t know what’s inside until you open it! There may be times when there are options for an item that will be inside the box, so keep an eye out for email letting you know that you have a choice…but even then, we don’t tell you exactly what it is!
You will be charged immediately for your first box. After receiving your first box, you will be charged on the first of February, May, August, and November unless you Skip, Pause, or Cancel prior to the charge. (You will receive an email notification 3 days prior to each charge.)

There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your boxes! Skipping, Pausing, and/or Cancelling must be done prior to payment processing for the upcoming quarter.
